Shipping policy

Australia & New Zealand:

Shipping rates for Australia & New Zealand are cart-based and they work in price brackets.

Our standard dispatch rate is under 48 hours. (We don't dispatch on weekends)

We aim to make all deliveries under 7 working days! However, sometimes we experience delays with stock and couriers and orders may take longer.

We have warehouses in Sydney (Australia) and Tauranga (New Zealand), due to stock availability sometimes products get dispatched from our other warehouse, these tend to be delivered between 4-8 days, while products shipped from your countries warehouse get delivered in 1-5 days.

We use AUS Post, NZ Post and Aramex as a courier service.

At times for larger orders we use Mainfreight (NZ). Larger orders may take longer to arrive.

Products shipped from New Zealand use NZ Post and it gets transferred to AUS Post once it's in the country. Products shipped from Australia to New Zealand use AUS Post then once in the country get transferred to NZ Post.

We have a standard shipping rate of £4.99 for all UK orders.

Our standard dispatch rate is under 24 hours. (We don't dispatch on weekends)

We aim to make all deliveries under 4 days!

We ship all UK orders from Liverpool.

We usually use DHL as a courier service, although we might also use Royal Mail if the rates are more favorable.
